This helps us verify whether our specialised expertise is indicated for your condition, aiming to spare you unnecessary travel.

Useful information to include in your email:
  • Essential details: Patient’s first name, surname, and city of residence.
  • Reason for consultation: Known diagnosis or main symptoms.
  • Objective: What you expect from the consultation (e.g., a second opinion, therapeutic assessment).
  • Documentation: If you wish, you may attach recent medical reports (e.g., OCT, visual field). As standard email is an unencrypted channel, to protect your sensitive data we suggest sending files as password-protected PDFs.
