Submitting reports and communications

To allow our secretariat to file and track your medical records, you may forward test results and reports to our email address. As standard email is an unencrypted channel, for the maximum protection of your health data we strongly suggest sending documents as password-protected PDFs or, alternatively, delivering the physical reports directly to our clinic.

To facilitate administrative processing, please include the following in the email subject line:
  • Personal details: Patient’s first name and surname.
  • Referring specialist: Name of the attending doctor (e.g., Dr Lanfernini or Dr Moscariello).
  • Reason for contact: e.g., “OCT reports for review” or “Post-therapy update”.

All transmitted data and documents will be handled in strict compliance with current privacy regulations (GDPR) and added to your personal medical record. Please note that email correspondence is strictly for secretarial and organisational follow-up support. This channel is not intended for clinical emergencies. The review of medical reports via email does not replace a clinical medical evaluation; any therapeutic modifications or new diagnoses always require an in-person assessment.
